Specifically, I would like to request the following information:

1. Details of any applications submitted in the last 24 months for a new NHS standard-hours pharmacy within the South Sunderland locality.

2. The current status of each application (e.g. pending, approved, rejected).

3. The location of any proposed new pharmacies in these applications.

4. Any upcoming consultations or planned reviews regarding new pharmacy provisions in South Sunderland.

If possible, I would appreciate it if the data could cover applications made within the area served by the Sunderland locality of the North East & North Cumbria Integrated Care Board.’
