Our response

Our rolling 12 month KPI (Key Performance Indicator) from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025 is:

• 93.7% of Awards cases were paid on or before the statutory target date.
• 6.3% of Awards cases were paid after the statutory target date.
  • Those cases that were late were paid, on average, 17 calendar days after statutory target date.

When we receive a notification of a member’s intention to retire, we assign a statutory target date for processing their award. Our goal is to ensure the member receives their first payment within one calendar month of either that target date or the date we have all the necessary information to calculate their award.
