The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 8 July 2025.
We have handled your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
Our response
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA.
The information we hold regarding VDPS administration costs cannot be broken down and attributed to specific cases. We are also unable to determine the cost of the time spent by NHSBSA colleagues in relation to specific cases. This is because staff time is not recorded in a way that would enable this to be calculated.
The FOIA covers requests for recorded information. The NHSBSA does not have recorded projected or estimated future costs specific to individual cases and therefore is unable to provide this information.
