• If they are private, NHS or mixed.
• Number of dentists working within the practice.
• Contracted UDAs
• Delivered UDAs

I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds some of the information you have requested and a copy of the information and notes explaining it is attached.

The NHSBSA provide activity and processing payment services for NHS dentists in England and Wales. We therefore hold information related to NHS dental services provided, we do not hold information about private dental practices or services provided outside the NHS.

The attached report contains the details from FP17s processed for the period stated 2024-25 (Year Month and Contract End Date Greater than or equal to 202404) in England and Wales. The information within the report includes the data items and descriptions listed in the data dictionary. All contracts paid by NHSBSA and with a UDA Performance Target/Financial Value greater than or equal to one.
