Request
‘I am submitting a FOI request regarding my ex-employer Groombridge & Hartfield Medical Group.
-
Please can you tell me if there has been any late payment, chase letter reminders for defaults/arrears on payments and anything related to late data submission including the annual upload for years 2016 - 2020.... or do I just not specify the dates?
-
Can I ask if there is an agreement in place to pay them yearly and not monthly?’
Response
Question 1
I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds some of the information you have requested.
Our records show that there have been instances of late payment by this employer but all contribution payments are currently up to date for the period 2016 to 2020.
For the same period, the NHSBSA does not hold information on which employers chase letters/reminders have been sent to, as this is done in bulk, and not on an individual basis.
Question 2
Our records show that there is no agreement as described in your request.
