I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested. Please read the below notes to ensure correct understanding of the data.

Question 1 includes all people flagged with a medical capacity (both Hospital Doctor/Medical Staff and General Practitioner). Dental Staff are not included. Deceased members are not included.

For question 2, members who have also claimed benefits from the 2008 Section of the NHS Pension Scheme or 2015 Scheme are excluded. 1995 Section of the NHS Pension Scheme benefits claimed must have been payable on or after 1 April 2015.
