Can you please confirm what is meant by ‘prescription charges/levy payments’?

A prescription charge is the fee paid by a patient for each item on a prescription, currently £9.90, but we do not recognise anything called a levy payment which would be collected by a pharmacist.

Can you please confirm if it is information relating to prescription charges you require? Or is there further information you also require?
